Here is the plan for this week - in no particular order:
- Refried pintos (from crockpot) w/ Chorizo and Avocado with corn tortillas
- Tortellini w/ pesto from the last basil in the garden
- Seasoned pintos (made in Crock pot Sunday night), collards, and cornbread
- Chicken saltimbocca with sage from the garden
- Homemade pizza with what ever is hanging around in the fridge
- Potato, kale, and smoked sausage soup
